  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 bags Cool Ranch Doritos finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley minced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions

    Combine chicken strips with buttermilk garlic powder onion powder and pepper. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 400F. Line baking sheet with parchment and place wire rack on top. Spray rack.

    Set up dredging station: flour in one dish eggs in another crushed Doritos in a third.

    Coat each strip: flour first then egg then press firmly into Doritos. Place on rack.
